We're the best when it comes to troubleshooting files and preparing files for press. Whether we receive your files on disk or by email, we “Preflight", to determine if there are any problems with the files. If we discover problems, we contact you and discuss what needs to be done to correct them.

You always have the option of correcting the files yourself, or allowing us to for a small fee. We're always available to assist you via phone by answering questions, trouble shooting, or walking you through these procedures step by step.
